Wedding soon!

Hello, so my wedding is in 18 days! I want to look good and feel good, What are some suggestions as far as working out or something? I know its too late to lose anything so I am not worried about that, just toning or something just so I feel good. what do you all suggest?

  • Pushups! They'll do wonders for sculpting your arms. You don't need any fancy machines or workout videos to get in shape.. just go with the tried and true :) Jumping rope is also a real calorie-burner.

  • ^ agreed. Pushups always show fairly quickly and it's the area that will be showing in your gown since your gown covers the rest of your bod. Work on cardio and the basics to just help your stress level and "feel good" endorphins come out. 
    Other than that, it'll be about diet. Chug that water, lower that sodium intake, try not to eat RIGHT before bed, etc.

  • I agree with PP.....one thing I do instead of getting home from work and sitting on the couch to watch TV...is move. I leave the TV on and watch it while I either do housework, push ups, jump rope, or arm weight workouts.

  • Our wedding must be the same day!! Mine is the 26th. But I have been thinking the same thing. I have no chance to lose anything, But I have just been chugging lots of water. Keep moving, and just get good nights sleep so I am rested and not showing stress on my face!!!!
  • I agree with arm workouts - push ups, light weights, etc.

    Do some crunches, sit ups, jumping jacks, and the like.

    Go walking.

    EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER! If you've not already done it cut out sodium and soda. That will reduce any water weight and bloat you have.
