If you're already runner why not sign up for a running club in your area? Or even just a race? What kinds of distances were you doing before? Set some goals for yourself and train to meet them. Maybe you want to run a 10k, or get faster at your 5k, maybe you want to do a half marathon. There are TONS of free running programs out there.
