Muffin Tops on my Back

Ok, I JUST got my dress in and when I tried it on, I noticed that I had muffin tops from my back at the top of my strapless gown.
Any suggestions on exercises to help tone this area before the wedding??

    Yes, the dress may not fit correctly, but to answer your question, here are few ideas:
    1. cardio cardio cardio (the only way to tone your entire body is to burn calories) 2. when doing cardio, focus on your back muscles, for example, pull your shoulders back when you are walking and running; when doing the elliptical, try using your arms more than your legs, etc.
    3. if you have a gym membership and your gym has a rowing machine....try it out! It's great cardio and will really work your deltoids, traps, and lats....and your quads :)
    4. pushups...many people think they are only for your chest muscles 
    5. there's a wide variety of  exercises that use hand held weights and/or resistance bands, I suggest looking up a few demonstrations of those (reverse flies, bent-over rows, lat pull-downs, etc.)
