Has anyone heard about PINK method on Dr. Phil or the Doctors? I am currently on day 6 of the diet which the beginning is very similar to atkins... lean protein, unlimited veggies, and a protein shake in the morning. OMG if I eat another vegetable I'm going to scream. Granted, I've lost 5 lbs in 6 days - but seriousely does it have to be THIS extreme?!?! Ugh!

Losing 5 lbs in 6 days isn't healthy or sustainable. Fruit is good for you.

I've actually thought about trying this plan after seeing it on Dr. Phil too!
It's not just a diet a workout plan is included that starts at 20mins and progresses to 30mins then 40mins.
