Has anyone heard about PINK method on Dr. Phil or the Doctors? I am currently on day 6 of the diet which the beginning is very similar to atkins... lean protein, unlimited veggies, and a protein shake in the morning. OMG if I eat another vegetable I'm going to scream. Granted, I've lost 5 lbs in 6 days - but seriousely does it have to be THIS extreme?!?! Ugh!
