Oh man. I made a huge crockpot full of baked beans on the weekend. That's pretty much all I ate yesterday. I sort feel bloated and yucky today.
B: overnight oats w/ PB and 1/2 a banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: baby spinach, chicken, feta, greek salad dressing
S: red pepper and hummus

homemade quesadillas
E: rest day, foam rolling and stretching.
