Tuesday Accountability

Oh man.  I made a huge crockpot full of baked beans on the weekend.  That's pretty much all I ate yesterday.  I sort feel bloated and yucky today.

B: overnight oats w/ PB and 1/2 a banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and string cheese
L: baby spinach, chicken, feta, greek salad dressing
S: red pepper and hummus
D: homemade quesadillas

E: rest day, foam rolling and stretching.

  • Good morning!!!  Today is my first day back to work and it feels oddly nice to be settling back into normal "married" life :)

    B- chocolate pb protein shake
    L- homeade chicken salad, yogurt
    S- orange
    D- turkey ranch burgers with salad

    E-  haven't decided exactly what my plan of attack is to get back into working out....last week I splurged quite a bit, but it was worth it!
  • Morning-Jon and I are hopefully going to be starting a routine this week, but between moving last week and his new job starting today...we'll see.

    b-honey bunches of oats with almonds and coffee.
    l-chobani and strawberries.
    d-we're either going out for drinks with friends and therefore eating out, or leftovers.

  • Morning! Welcome back to the grind everyone. :) My weekend sucked eating wise.. too many cookouts, etc.... and fri- mon were "rest" days.. no good!
    Back on the wagon today.

    B- everything bagel w/ cream cheese
    S- grapes
    L- Smart Ones pizza
    S- greek yogurt
    D- Southwestern salad

    E- 60 min zumba class
  • Ugh, I really need to start to tighten up this week. I have another 5k this Sunday!

    B - 2 hardboiled eggs, wheat toast
    S - pluot, plum
    L - almonds, string cheese, canteloupe
    S - peach
    D - spinach salad w/ strawberries and walnuts
    S - almond butter and wheat crackers

    E - 5 mile run

  • Yea bad weekend here too. And the wedding is next weekend with the final fitting today. I hate myself a bit...

    B & L since I sucked this weekend - 1 c. Special K red berries in 1/4 c. almond milk
    S's - banana, baby carrots w/ 1 tbsp 1/3 LF veggie cream cheese
    D - grilled chicken and salad or in a lavash wrap

    E - none because of 3 different appointments this morning. blah...
