Hi ladies!
My name is Faith and I need to get my butt off the couch!
I've got about 30ish pounds to lose before I'm back to my normal weight range of 140-145. College and I didn't get along and I put on the Freshman 30.
I'm 5'10" so the extra weight doesn't look too bad on my tall frame but I want it gone and to be healthy.
I'm currently a member of WW but I have a hard time honestly tracking my points. I'll eat a handful of something here and there.. and not track it. UGH.
I'm going to start the Couch to 5k Program and have my sights set on a Disney marathon in Feb of 2012.
Now, my question for runners: do I really need running shoes? I have cross trainers but am willing to buy running shoes if I should have them.
