Happy Saturday everyone! I had to post on here because I am too excited & my friends and family who don't workout, just do not understand why I am so excited about what I am going to say!
So, as I have mentioned I compete in figure competitions...well the judges really focus on shoulders and back for the upper body, so I have been doing drop sets (lifting as heavy as I can and slowly dropping weight to reach my entire set)...I do the smith shoulder press & normally can max out between 95-105lbs depending on the day & today I maxed out at 125lbs..I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!!! When I told my FI, he was like "holy crap, you just pressed the same amount that you weigh!" When I realized that I was even more excited!!
