have you tried "shocking" your body? there are plenty of workouts out there that cause muscle confusion to the point where body just starts burning calories like crazy. P90X is a good example of this. i'm definitely not an expert on this but maybe it'll work? good luck!!!
I'm the same, i have until October. My fella has told me to stop drinking and get in to the gym and also to try some CLA tablets with some protein shakes.
Think I'll give it a go but if anyone comes up with anything else i'll let you know. Just had a look at that P90X - looks a bit too scary and gruelling for me, haha.
Ugh - I'm with ya! My weight loss really started slowing around 15 pounds left, and now I'm down to 7 to go. Last month I only lost one pound. So frustrating! Just keep watching what you eat and exercising. Try doing totally new exercises that really push your body to work that much harder. Good luck!
I have a very supportive trainer who told me that the last 10 lbs are all about your diet. I am working towards a Sept. 1 wedding date and she told me for the next few weeks to do a high protein, low fat/carb diet. This also means limiting dairy and alcohol.
I am basically eating eggs, lean proteins (fish, chicken, turkey, pork), nuts, and veggies. Once a day I will incorporate a protein shake that has over 20g of protein and/or a carb like brown rice or quinoa - nothing with white flour - because I am doing cardio and want to keep my calories up. I have to say that I am never hungry and I have definitely seen myself slim down and I feel a lot better. Hope that helps! Good luck
