Any tips for a sweet treat after dinner that won't lead to endless snacking?
I've tried looking for a good dark chocolate, but its either so dark its kinda gross or not dark enough where I want to eat the whole bar. Variety is good, which is why I like skinny cow, but I need something new.
Re: sweet snacks
I NEED my sweet treat after dinner. If I don't have something sweet, I will snack all night, but if it's not satisfying enough, I will also snack all night.
The key is finding something satisfying, but that still fits into a reasonable eating plan. I personally like the Lindor truffles (and they have a bunch of different flavors) or the ghirardelli squares. One is less than 100 calories, but they're rich enough that I can eat them relatively slowly and they're satisfying. And on those days when I feel like I "need" a little more, eating a second won't break the calorie bank. But I find that knowing I can have one or two every day and it's not "off limits" really goes a long way in moderating it for me.

[QUOTE]I buy things like the 100 calorie snack packs that have the oreos or fudge shoppe cookies and such. I'm on weight watchers and they are typically 3 points and when you get 26 a day with 49 extra weekly that you never use well i tend to think 3 points is ok. :D

Or, you could eat real chocolate that is more satisfying for 1-2 points. There is just less volume. But let's be real, if you're eating sweet stuff, it's not for volume.
