Running help

I need some advice! I am doing a 5k on saturday and using the podrunner intervals couch to 5k and up to week 5, mix 2. Anyway.. my next run I am supposed to do a 20 min nonstop run. Since I have never done that my question is should I try to do it on Thursday or save it for Saturday? I know I should prob have completed the program but I really wanted to do the 5k at disney!
