tv workout programs?

I dont know if they still show work out programs on tv anymore. I am a sahm and cant get out to the gym nor do I have the money for that so I was wondering does anyone do workout progams on the television? do theyeven show them anymore

If you have digital cable with some sort of on demand service, you can usually find a decent selection of free workout programs there.

I have no idea if they're ever actually shown as regularly schedule programming anymore, though.

have you tried bodyrock.tv online? The pictures are kind of awkward at first, but they have pretyt good workouts that are under 20 minutes. They have videos to show you how to do it and most don't require equipment. i've also seen people post about borrowing workout dvds from the library. 
When I had cable, I used to do total body scuplt with gilad (fit channel? some channel in the high 100s in VA). And I bought some of his dvds. Pretty good workout.

If you have netflix instant streaming you can find exercise videos on there.  Also, if you have a public library around, they might have dvds available.

I know this isnt tv but if you have ps3, 360, or wii there is a program ea active out i got it for 20 at gamestop and have had great results.
