Getting in Shape

3rd day?

So today was my third day of exercising.  It was rough!  I was drenched by the time I was done which was weird because it was the same thing I did Wednesday and that day it was easy.

So I'm wondering if part of the reason it was hard is that I had Jack in the box for lunch... I know shame on me.  Or if it is just that the third day is the hardest.

  • It could be a number of things - the food you ate might not have given the fuel needed, or you might also be getting better at the routine and thus taking less breaks/exerting yourself more into each exercise.
    Either way, good job on pushing through it and way to keep up with the workout!
