Getting in Shape

Intro (kind of long)

I've been lurker for quite some time now and its time I stepped it up and held myself accountable!

Backstory:

Fi proposed in May 2011 while we were on our cruise! Amazing proposal just us two on our balcony and he got down on one knee. I have no idea what he said I was in such shock! We were together for 8 yrs when he proposed and are getting married this May, 2yrs to the date of his proposal!

I yo yo with my weight around 10 lbs or so. I have a gym membership and go but I've been slacking. I lost about 10 lbs when I bought my dress in June and gained it back that summer lol my dress is amazing and fits perfectly but I still want to loose at least 10 lbs. and tone up.

Fi and I started jogging together which I'm loving, I'm just so used to treadmill lol. I have my awesome girlfriends who I go on long walk /jogs with. My motivation is there but the discipline with food is not :(

Thats me in a nutshell food lover  

So now I need to be more discplined with my food. I use myfitness pal, but the weekends are the worst. Weekdays with work I'm good but once Friday hits its out the door lol. My first fitting will be in end of March or beginning of April.
