How Do I...

Get rid of these annoying handles?!? I'm noticing pudgy spots that were never pudgy before, and I haven't been doing anything differently. What are the best exercises to get rid of the lower back/waist fat?

  • That area is not a specific muscle, and even if it was there is no such thing as spot reducing. 
    The best thing to do would be to keep the cardio up, and work on strength training for your back ( which you should be doing as often as you work your abs.. they are complementary muscles and need to be strengthened together) 
  • I agree with PP... also try adding planks and side planks to your routine. Those target the "love handles" while strengthening your abs and back.
