after working almost 24 hours straight between friday and saturday, i felt like i deserved to be horrible with my eating on sunday. i made a batch of cookies and ate half of them (ok so that was only like 8 very small cookies but CHRIST!) dont ask me why...i totally sucked. better off today so far, but its still early lol.

B: banana (2), maybe cereal (2), coffee (2)
L: steak stir fry with mushrooms, peppers and brown rice (8-10)

  • Morning everyone!  I've been stuck for four days now at the same weight. Hoping to at least see a small drop within the next couple days.  Very frustrating, but I know its normal.  Plus, I get my period in 2 days, so I guess I should be happy if I don't see a gain this week.  I just find I'm so much more motivated when I see a drop.... even if I only see a 0.2 drop.  Anything is helpful.  Sigh......

  • Morning!  I ate well this weekend with one exception.  Cakeballs 1- Katie 0.  I made cakeballs for the first time.  Honestly, I don't get what's so great about them.  I think I'd rather have a bite or two of normal cake with frosting.  Oh well.  Having DH's cousin and her fiance over for chili and football tonight.

    E:  none.  PMS is so bad this week I've been curled up into a ball  A LOT.  This only happens once or twice each year, but it definitely gives my empathy for people who deal with this all the time.

  • Happy Monday, everyone. Here's to a fresh start. I gained 1.8 lbs at my WI this week. So much for busting my plateau.

    Graceful - my DH begged me to make chocolate chip cookies this weekend. "Your good ones".... meaning no healthy alterations made. In exchange, I used my girly cookie sheet, so all of the cookies were in the shapes of lips, crowns, purses, butterflies, flowers, and castles. :)

  • Morning all!  I left myself be a little lax this weekend.  PMS and stress got the best of me and I felt like I could be better about buckling down if I loosened the reins for a day or two first.

  • Hi Ladies! Hope you don’t mind me joining in here. I used to lurk, but I didn’t want to post before DBF and I were engaged. I know that’s silly, but that’s just what I told myself. Well, DBF and I booked our elopement for April 29th, 2011 and I’m so excited! I already have my dress too, and it is so gorgeous! I’ve been doing WW for a few months now and I’m on maintenance. I had about 10 pounds to lose. WI this morning and I was down 1.2 pounds from a big gain last week, so I will take it! Now I’m 1.4 over the two pound flux you get on maintenance. So I am 3.4 pounds over goal weight right now!

     

    I had a bad weekend too, Graceful. It sounds like you deserved those cookies!

     

    Vballgirl, I can relate. Even those .2 pounds really help! Have fun at your game tonight!

     

    Kysnowbird, woo hoo for engagement photos! That is great motivation!

     

    Katie, I agree about the cake balls! They are so tedious to make too. If that was your one exception I think you did pretty darn well! Mmm, I love chili! What size frappaccino is 3 points? Tall? I love them, but since the NI was not online for the PS ones, I have only gotten it once!

     

    Favorite, your cookies sound too cute! Sorry about the gain, especially after a plateau. Hopefully it will come off next week! Oh, your stats are amazing!

     

    Cara, I love candy corn too! Thankfully none has found its way to my house yet!

  • cddavis - most of the LIGHT fraps at Starbucks are 2-3 points for a tall. Some are even that much for a grande, depending on what you get. The basics like coffee frap or mocha frap LIGHT are only 2 pts for a grande. Anything else will probably be 3 due to the extra syrup.
