Wedding Vows & Ceremony Discussions

Writing my own - help!

Hello everyone. I'm writing my own vows and I seem to be having trouble with the flow of the points I want to make. We're getting married in an old theatre in my hometown where I used to have all my high school band concerts (so the place is pretty special to me) I want to make a point about creating a new memory in a place that contains a lot of old memories for us, and I also wanted to make a point about how I knew he was "the one" Here's my rough draft:

As I stand here on this stage before you and our friends and family, I think about all the memories that have been created here; all the times that you sat in those red velvet seats supporting me as I chased after my dreams of music. Today we create a new memory as we join our lives together as one. You know that I believe in “the one” and that I believe in “meant to be”. I know in my heart that you are the one for me and that we are meant to be. I love you so much more than you will ever know and I truly believe that we will outlast the cruel test of time. I promise to always be honest with you. I promise to support you, as you have always supported me. I promise to be faithful to you and most importantly I promise to love you unconditionally now and forever. So say you'll share with me one love, one lifetime. That's all I ask of you.

Please critique away! Thanks!
