thoughts?

I hadn't really considered writing my vows but there was a post about it on my month board so I took a stab at it and I'd like to hear some thoughts..I wrote this in like 5 minutes. It was just the first thing to come out of my head. I use to write all the time but its been years. It felt kinda good to do it!
....Justin, I want to start by saying thank you. Thank you for believing in me and always being there for me. You are my rock and also my soft place to land. I am so happy to finally be standing here with you today to make this commitment before God, our family and our friends. I vow today that I will always be faithful and true. That I will be there for you in both good and bad times as you have been for me. I will be there to laugh and cry with you, to share the rest of my life with you and make memories with you. As I make these promises today I give you my heart and I know it will always be safe with you. I love you.

I like it a lot. To me, it is a personal, contemporary version of the traditional vows, which is exactly what I'm trying to do. Awesome.

I think it's great! I might make the first line the one about making the commitment before God, and then move into the thank you. But either way is great because it came from the heart. Good luck!
