Disappointed, but Okay

Today, my thank you cards came in from Vista Print. I'm disappointed in the quality. I ordered the matte finish and the cards are much lighter weight than I expected and some of the edges are rough, not clean cut. After waiting almost two weeks for them, what a disappointment

But, there's a silver lining. I sent them an email saying I was not satisfied with the quality, and in less than ten minutes, I got an email that they re-ordered them in the glossy finish in hopes that I would like the quality more, and did priority shipping. Yay!

Hope the second set is better.

BTW, I can't believe they put their website on cards that I paid for. I thought that would only be on the free stuff.

    Kim, did you you use one of their templates? That may be why you saw the vistaprint logo on their things. If you create your own design, i don't believe you get the website.

    Nope, I uploaded my own desin that I had done by an etsy seller. Maybe she used the template to create it. IDK

    That doesn't seem right. If it really bothers you, I may suggest contacting them and asking them why their website is on it. If you didn't get free stuff, I don't feel like that is right on their end.

    I think it gives you the option of taking the Vistaprint logo off the back for $4.99.  I didn't really care because no one looks at the back anyway.

    On the brighter side, I am finally tackling getting my invitations done! I've been putting it off for a quite a while, but have been planning to mail them this weekend, so I guess it's about time.

    Today's mission . . . finish my inivtations!!!



    It's one of the Brides sets from Michael's, so it's pretty simple. The ribbon-tying is just tedious! But it will get done today! :)

    I'm on a roll! FInished the invites and decided to go to Hobby Lobby and all the beads I needed to do my haute bracelet were 50% off, and I just finished making it. Yay!





    This has been quite a productive Christmas Eve!

    I don't remember the website being on my STD magnets I ordered from VistaPrint but I didn't really look that hard either. I know the christmas cards I ordered from snapfish have their website on the back of them so it's not just VistaPrint that does that.
