Hello Brides!
I have been married almost 1 year already - can't belive how time just flies! And I had a super fantastic Fairy Tale Wedding at Walt Disney World - right down to CInderella's Coach and white horses.
I had my flowers preserved by Keepsake Floral, a company that works with Disney Brides, but also provides services to any bride who wishes to send their bouquet to them.
Ladies, I want to wish you BEWARE!! This company charges a lot of money for shotty workmanship, and terrible customer service!
They did my bouquet, I paid about $850 for a shadow box with my bouquest, invitation and bouteneir (sorry spelling).
I was married on Feb 28, I received my finished product on July 15th! 2 weeks later than they had originally told me. When I received it, I noticed about 5 flaws. I had paid extra for fancy material - it was bubbled, I had paid extra for my stephanotis flowers to be preserved - the paint was already chipped on them. There was a "dirtiness" to the fabric next to the flowers, and finally, the glue they used had become stringy and visible in the frame. I didn't call immediately, matter fact, I waited until September. They gave me a hard time about that, but no where on the paperwork does it say that returns have to be made in a specific time. I returned the thing at my cost to them on Oct 23rd. They didn't return it to me again until over a month and a half later, after I called and had to track it down! When I got it back the 2nd time, there was further damage to the fabric and the roses had seperated. I had been dealing with the owner - Dana, and she told me she didn't notice that problem when she shipped it out. I asked for a refund at this point, and all she would offer me was $200 and to fix it again. I was willing to have her send a call tag this time, and she told me I would have it. 2 weeks go by, no call tag. So I contacted her again, and she told me it had been returned to her from UPS for having the wrong address, which I had given her all my info in the contact email.
Let me tell you this is THE WORST customer service I have ever received. They never called me about anything until I called and complained. And Dana wasn't good about returning my phone calls until I got my Disney Wedding planner involved.
The main lesson - if you want to be ripped off and over pay for shotty workmanship than use this company - if not - i recommend you find ANY other florist that will preserve your bouquet - I wish that I did. If I can help just one bride avoid the frustration I have been though - than my job is done.
PLEASE - PLEASE - STAY AWAY FROM KEEPSAKE FLORAL IN ORLANDO FL. You'll be glad you did!!!!
Best wishes to you all - and Marriage is the best part of my Life, and my wedding day was a dream come true - I wish that for all of you!
