Grandfather/Granddaughter Dance

I'm trying to come up with a song to dance with my grandpa.  I am stuck for ideas. My grandpa is 91 and doing fabulously, my dad died when I was 13 and my has willingly and gladly stepped up to fill this part of my wedding in May.  Any ideas?

I'm having the same problem.  I've looked and can't find a song with the right fit.  I'm going to talk to my dj and see if he has any suggestions.  I will let you know if I come up with anything

my grandfather is a really big part of my life as well. i am from louisiana so swamp pop/cajun music is big here. There is an artist that wrote a song for his daughters but for me it fits prefect. The artist is Don Rich and the name of the song is A Lady Now. You can find it on I TUNES!!

I step dad is going to be taking the role of my father for my day, so I've been thinking a lot about the music for us too. I really like Michael Buble's version of "The Way You Look Tonight (there's a ton of versions, I just like his the best). It's a nice generic-type song that a lot of generations are familiar with but it's not so gushy that it would sound like it was meant to be the bride and groom dance. It can be more about you thinking about each other down the road and this special moment you're sharing together...
