I think its easier to be more helpful on the local board, as we all use some of the same vendors.  There are sometimes posts on my month board, but most aren't super helpful.

I thought the same for awhile too. Once we started getting close to the wedding date however, my month board actually was more helpful. This might be the case for you guys too.

I've gotten to the point I just turn the radio off and drive in silence.  The radio stations just play the same thing over and over.

I didn't wake up until 11 am this morning and then when I tried going from house #2 to house #1, I locked myself out of car and home.  DH had to come unlock everything for me and then it took me a good 5 minutes to even find my keys in the house.  When I told him what my plans were today he got mad and said that I needed to take it easy because he said he hardly ever sees me as bad as I was that morning.  "I don't need you to pass out when we are in the middle of loading something."  I hate that I can never take a sick day and have it be a sick day.  I have to be doing something.

Then on my way to house #1, I realized that DH may have packed the last 2 pots and pans and I had no way of heating up my Ramen Noodles soI just went and bought a dang tea kettle instead of going back.  Has anyone seen my head? 

Even though I have been puking anything I drink or eat up today, I had half of the Maple Toffee Crunch brownie.  It'll be like I get to have it twice.

I would also like to flame my old boss. Just because you are no longer over us doesn't mean you can still treat us like crap.  It's pretty ridiculous that "Hey, Name, good morning, how are you doing?" is met with you yelling "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" and then storming to your office.  You do realize that if you get one more complaint about you and they give you a warning, you are being dismissed right?  And I hope you enjoy that crow.  Just because you are a single mom doesn't give you the right to treat us like crap because we feel sorry for you.  Oh, wait I don't feel sorry for you.

I flame myself for missing so much TV.  Last nights episode of BBT was the first I have seen since mid October   I miss NCIS as well. 

I know.  I did FFF wrong.  But whatev.  I hope some laughed at my stupidity.

I think it is extremely greedy and just plain wrong for employees to sell the free tickets they received from work online.  You are probably also the same people who complain about how "we never get to do anything"  Well...hey - you have been BLESSED with a job.  How about being thankful for that and stop complaining?  There is no rule that any employer should reward you for your work.  You are already fairly compensated with a paycheck.  Remember that money deposited into your bank account at midnight every other Friday??  A lot of you are OVER compenstated.  So, thanks for ruining this.  I'm sure this will be the last time they offer anything like this to us because of a few idiotic employees.  And rest assured....HR will find out who you all are since you were all so bright as to leave your phone number on your posting.  /endrant

ETA: The sad result is that often I find myself lost in regards to radio/popular music - wait, it's only sad about 1% of the time. Then my sister has to fill me in on the "hot" new songs.

I'll add a late one.  I feel that, if I have Chick-fil-a, I should cherish it a little more and it feels more special just because you can't get it on Sunday.  That's just plain stupid, but I feel that way nonetheless.
