Bridal Party Dance

In leiu of a Mother/Son, Father/Daughter dance we will be doing a bridal party dance to get the dancing started after our first dance, but we are totally stuck on a song! Nothing too sappy or slow... Our first dance will be to Miracle by Foo Fighters (the Acoustic version)

Any suggestions?

Are you forcing your bridal party members to dance with each other or will they be dancing with their spouses/dates?

Not all of the members of our bridal party will be bringing their spouses/ dates so they will be dancing together. Not to say that spouses can't cut in... lol

I would re-think this. Every WP dance I have witnessed has been totally awkward. Not everyone in the WP may even LIKE dancing, much less dancing with people they may not know well and in front of a large group of people. Please don't force them to dance with each other, or at all in fact. If you and the groom are out on the floor, it will entice people to join you.

Honestly, I would just select a really upbeat crowd pleaser and have your DJ announce that the dance floor is open and invite everyone to join you. If a couple members of your wedding party love to dance, tell them ahead of time so they can lead the way. Wedding party dances are just awkward. If you really want it, then have the DJ invite the WP to join the last minute or so of your first dance.
