Anyone but yourself. Friends, mother, other family members, members of your wedding party, etc. Just not you.

The bridal shower is considered a gift to the bride. If someone wants to plan one, they will, but you shouldn't ask them to. If they don't plan one, you don't get one. It can be thrown by anyone except the bride, like Palmetto said.
