I'm sure this has been discussed in the past but.... I'm so bored with what I'm eating and it kind of feels like I'm not eating healthy.
I usually have a bowl of cereal in the morning and then nothing until lunch. When I get home, I'm starving to death so I usually eat a bar, crackers, sometimes I just eat dinner right away. I know it's wrong and I should at least graze or eat snacks between meals.
What snacks do you enjoy that are healthy?? And easy to prepare (or even store bought)! I'm so lazy.
