Why was there no need to comment?  You brought up "how mean" people were in your innocent post.  Don't you think everyone should see exactly what you were saying?  Or are you trying to say that you should be able to make accusations without comment?

ETA - matt&britt - all I can say is, it's a good thing you posted that on NYE when there weren't many people around.  Your response back would have set off a huge response on a normal day.  Nobody on that thread was out of line and you deserved the responses that you got.

Dear OP,

      Don't take it personal. Some of these brides lack respect and will use the excuse of being "honest" just to say things they can't say to people outside of the the internet world.

      I definietly understand how you feel. As a bride we tend to have high expectations of those around us. One thing that I advise is do not expect anything from your BMs except to show up to the wedding on time with the chosen attire. As far as your FMIL, talk to her..tell her how you feel. She is going to be your "second mother" so communication will be vital in your relationship with her. Good luck!
