Any post I've contributed to that gets DD'd I can normally see it coming.  This one, no.  And it really annoys me.

Just someone asking about bridesmaid shoes!  She was originally going to let them all pick their own but her FI told her she'd regret it.  And that they should help the bridesmaids pay for their shoes.  I told her that I felt that if they dictated the shoes they did need to pay.  And explained all my thoughts behind why its good not to pick their shoes and why they don't need to match.

I never saw this.Is it possible that she just removed the post because she was "done" rather than thinking that she needed it to not be there anymore?   Some of the newbies DD because they don't know the netiquette rather than that they know and are trying to make it go away.
