I had a busy day today but I'm going to make some Shamrock cookies in honor of one of the best holidays.

I cook the chicken in a rotiserrie spice. Unfortunately i'm not the best cook so I use store bought alfredo sauce but I spice it up with the rotiserrie spice and rosemary.

It's been a great day so far.  Wrote two papers for school, made cookie dough, and went running.  Now I need to figure out what to make for dinner.

My day is okay.  I've been slowly having the life sucked out of me as I work on my insect physiology exam.  Right now I'm working on characterizing all the hormones involved in molting and just praying that I don't have enough room to go into depth on chitin synthesis.  However, the deadline was extended from Wed to Mon, so that made my day brighter!

Hey guys, I'm pooped from today, and this week is not going to get any less stressful, but I'm here.

I have been going back and forth from where my wedding is nonstop lately, and the 2&1/2 hour drive is killing me. My parents live there, so its not all wedding related, but man, its tiring. And I have to do it tomorrow on my day off.

Okay, enough complaining, what's up with you guys?

The rest of this week is going to be tough, but I went to talk to my friend who is officiating about the wedding ceremony today.  In other words, catch up for 2 hours because I don't see him much anymore with 5 minutes of talk about the ceremony thrown in.  So that was nice.

Chitin synthesis doesn't sound like any fun.  I wanted to take anatomy and physiology but never got to because it was a popular class.

I'm not sure how unpopular, but I really don't like flower girls or ring bearers. I rarely see kids that actually get down the aisle without a tantrum, and I think most weddings are better off without them.

I saw one ringbearer get down the isle once but then he threw up at the alter. They had to stop and clean it up before getting married

suz, you're not alone. i can't stand lady gaga. her voice is incredible, but her songs are irritating as all get out. my FI changes the radio whenever she comes on.

Ditto stina on her music being catchy and her voice not being great, but I'm not a huge fan of her songs.  I can't listen to a lot of catchy music like that constantly.

I also feel the same way about Taylor Swift.  Her songs are catchy, but I don't like them and I think her voice is awful live.  It also doesn't sound like country music to me but for some reason they still play it on country stations and can't use the same version for the pop stations.

Just got back from judging first year moot court.  Tired and jet lagged from my red eye flight Sunday night.  And I miss DH after spending 10 days with him.  Otherwise in good spirits  Watching the Duggars, who I am thoroughly addicted to.

I'm in a bit of a moral quandary though: I hate the Gosselins but love male figure skaters.  Both Evan Lysacek and Kate Gosselin will be on DWTS.  Do I watch for Evan or boycott because of Kate?
