My FI's 25th bday is next weekend, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a pretty nice place we could go to celebrate? We moved here in late Jan, but then he was gone from Feb through last week, so we haven't had a chance to do a lot of exploring together. We were thinking about going to eat on the Riverwalk (touristy, I know, but we're still new and it's pretty), but we want to eat at something that's at least sort of local and not a loud tacky chain. Maybe a nice hotel restaurant? We'd also want to be able to map where it is so we could park close enough to it, we went to a wedding downtown last weekend and tried to walk to river back to the place we parked. That did not work so well.
