It was used by myself, it was used by Christina.  See, you girls know how to work within the rules.  So you can insult people in a certain way so as to not piss off the moderators.  It's still insulting.  You still make people feel bad about themselves, and you bully them into leaving.  But by your definition, it's not insulting.  And then you hide behind phrases like "people should lurk first so they know the feeling of the forum" or whatever terminology you use.  I tend to be a little more direct.  I've I think you're being an idiot, I'll call you an idiot.

Banana is very consistent in how she defines insults, and regs tend to be familiar with what is acceptable and what is not.  Saying that something is a bad idea or that someone is being perceived as acting in a particular manner at the moment (ie. something the poster has the ability to change) is different than calling someone an idiot, insulting their appearance or cursing at them.

Momo - since you insist on continuing this, the first few responses to Christina's post said simply that it was not the 'perfect' BM gift and that not everyone would use it.  Then she went nuts on people.  There were no insults slung and no one called her idea names until she started attacking people.

Yes, it got out of hand and we all agree with that.  But what I just wrote above is a very important concept to grasp when trying to understand what's going on.

I honestly can't even take you seriously when you insulted people for NO REASON on other boards.  And then you come here trying to talk about how unfair the different rules are?  You're lucky you haven't gotten banned yet because you've advertised more than once that you're a vendor and you've called some people entirely inappripriate names.

Our posts aren't meant to make people feel bad about themselves (and if that is how they feel then maybe they are not quite old or mature enough to get married). They are meant to say whatever bad idea they have is a bad idea.

BTW, there are many people who come on here with a great attitude. For instance, they have a pregnant MOH and instead of asking us how to kick her out (which would be a bad idea), she asks us  how she should go about picking a dress for her. Guess what? We answer her question straight up.

Momo seems very angry at the world.  Her and Christina.  Hurling out insults for no reason.  Look at Christina's post--first 5 responses were very nice, just telling her that while it might be a nice gift for her BMs, it might not be a great universal gift.  And she flew off the handle and so did you. 

Now you keep insisting on hurling insults.  That's sad and I don't get it.  I also don't get why you keep coming back to a message board full of people you dislike so much to just insult and curse at everyone.  It makes no sense.  It's like you're seeking out fights and conflict.  Who does that?

Stage, I don't know if you knew how much she was bothering people all over the boards.  She was basically going after mods and calling them out on things.

My bff says gay all the time...only she's a lesbian, so she feels like she can.  I suppose I'm only half entitled to use it then, lol!  And I agree with everyone who says that you need to know your audience.  Regardless, I'm not ignorant nor spiteful about using either of them.  It's conscious when I say them, which isn't very often and NEVER on here (unless I'm making a point about Momo's horrid attack).

I apparently missed "the fun" last night. I'm not sorry she got banned. I was actually shocked she wasn't banned sooner because of all of the things she said on BB. It really was like she went to every board and tried her best to push everybody into fighting with her ... it was almost like the more people tried using logic on her, the more she tried to pick a fight.
