Favorite Recipes?

Oh my I have lots of recipes.. most of them I don't have an actual recipe for. I just make it they way I have always made it.. I can't always tell you what is in it.. and it changes from time to time (I grew up cooking with my Grandmas, Aunts, and etc.)

I LOVE cookbooks because I think they give you great ideas.. I also sign up for a bunch of mailing lists that have recipes (Food Network, Eat Better America, Better Homes and Gardens.. and etc)

Lately, I have been trying new things from pinterest... but some staples are pulled pork, meatballs (all easy to put in the crockpot) meatloaf, tuna melts, fajitas, and my favorite Green Chile Chicken Fettuccine. 

FI sit down and make a list of nights we have dinner together and try to plan it out.. it makes grocery shopping easier.

Stuff Green Peppers

4 green peppers

1 1/2 cups of rice

1 pound of ground beef

1 cup of cheese

1 bottle of spaghetti

Preheat oven 350

1. Rinse the bell peppers

2.Cut the bell peppers in half and clean them out ( set to the side)

3. Brown your meat, season the meat how you would season in general

4. Drain your meat

5. Boil or steam your rice

6. Mix the rice in the pan with the meat

7. Sprinkle in cheese, stir until melt

8. Spoon the mixture in the green peppers until completely full

9. Put in the oven for about 20 mins, pour spaghetii sauce on the stuff pepper after 15 mins in the oven.
