Perserving bridal bouquet?

I was just looking at my checklist and saw one of the items to do after the wedding is perseving your bouquet. is anyone doing this and if you are what are you going to do with it? I was thinking i might but then i'm thinking in long term and thinking will it look weird if i get it in the frame and just put it on the wall and 30 years from now still have it on my wall.

I can see framing the invitation with a wedding picture but i'm kind of leaning toward not perserving the bouquet unless i can find an unusual or unique idea to display it. Couldn't find any inspiration on Pinterest.

I'm curious about this too! We spend so much money on the bouquet that it would be nice if it would last awhile. Too pretty to just throw away

I'm preserving my flavors and FI's bout along with the invitation. My aunt bought my bouquet as a wedding present and I want to keep it. I will warn you that it is pricey.

I think at most, I'll get one flower of my bouquet saved. I don't have room for a huge bouquet sitting around.

Some places will make it into jewelry too. I want a pendant made.

Me too!  The guy who's doing it said that he could make it into a centerpiece for our dining room table after the wedding.  :)

I am not sure if I will perserve my bridal bouquet. It is an interesting idea. I have a black and red feather bouquet to toss to they single gals. I am not really sure what my bouquet will look like. I specified what size and type of flowers and herbs I wanted in it as well as colors but to see it made will be a great surprize.  I looked at the website link for bouquet preservaation and there are no locations where I am from.

I asked this question a handful of days ago and only like two people responded...?

I found the lady who is doing mine on google. She's preserving my bouquet for $160. The shadowbox idea is wonderful but SO pricey. I'm going to attempt a DIY project for that instead.
