    E: I am contemplating starting Insanity but don't want to feel like a failure if I can't keep to the schedule!  Might just chicken out and do Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs again!

    <div>How hard is it to get back into if you miss a day or two?  I am hoping to take it on as a full commitment and not skip a day, but between work and school, my schedule is so strange lately!  I'm running out of time if I want to complete it before the wedding!</div>

    You would be fine missing a day or two. If there is one day of the week that is normally busy for you, plan your start date based on having that as your rest day (day 7 is rest day). They send you a calendar with it, so if you misss a day, just dont mark that day off until you do the workout. :) It's a 60 day workout, so you can definitely get through it before the wedding!

    The results are amazing! I went into it thinking I just wanted to tone up and be in shape and not really lose any weight, that would just be an added bonus. I am down 11 pounds and I havent completed the program yet!!! And I love how there are SO many different workouts. They keep you interested and Shawn T is SOOOO motivating!!
