As some of you know, I have not been able to book our ceremony location until December 1st. Well, tomorrow is finally
the day. I will be waking up extrememly early to wait outside of the reservation office so I can be sure to get my wedding date. (Please send positive vibes...I have been seriously stressing over this.)
However, I do need help. The reservation is only for a three hour time slot since it's a popular outdoor wedding venue. The three hours can be split between the rehearsal and the actual wedding day. Our ceremony is going to be short (15-20 minutes). I'm guessing I will only need a half hour time slot reserved for the rehearsal for June 1st. However, I feel like I'm crunching for time to have only two and a half hours blocked off for our wedding date. We will be having a company set up and take down the chairs. I'm not exactly sure how long it will take them to set up and tear down 200 folding chairs. (I should have called today to figure it out, but that part didn't even cross my mind.

)
Here is the time frame that I am thinking of right now. I would love for input/suggestions. I'm definitely worried this will not be enough time to have everything set up for pictures/the ceremony and taken down afterwards.
Rehearsal: June 1: 6:30-7:00 PM
Wedding Day: June 2
2:30 (set up begins) I was thinking we could take pictures in a different area of the park and then take pictures at our site when chairs are set up. I would like the chairs to be set up by 3:15 because I figure that's when guests will start to arrive. But that only leaves 45 minutes to actually get the chairs set up...will that be enough?
4:00-4:20 Ceremony
4:30-5:00 Clear out of park and the rental company will tear down chairs. (Is this enough time?)
My head is hurting from this and I'm sorry about the rambling, but please let me know your suggestions and as to how we can make this less crunched for time. I know it will be difficult since we only have 2 1/2 hours the day of.
