How many days are you taking off (if any) before the wedding?

Just curious...I'm taking the prior Thursday and Friday off for any last minute things I need to take care of.

I'm taking off Thursday and Friday, but might also do a half day on Wednesday. Pretty much because I won't able to focus and I'll already be annoyed and over working because I'll have just worked on Monday which is my brithday.

I am planning on taking off Thursday and Friday. I may decide last minute to work a half day on Thursday, but it just depends and my boss said I can decide that last minute.

I have booked off 2 days before my wedding and two weeks afterwards. Though, I may also take the Wednesday, depending on if my brother / sister fly in Wednesday or Thursday..

i'm taking off wed ( maybe half day), thurs and fri. and then not coming back for another two weeks. we don't leave directly after our wedding for our honeymoon ( we leave the following thurs) but i figured i'll have alot of thank yous to do and want to unpack all the presents so when i get back from the honeymoon i won't have to do anything.

<div>Oh man. I wish I could have 2 weeks off after the wedding!! I'm technically only taking 4 days off after the wedding because the 4th of July is that Wednesday and our office is closed. I'm secretly hoping they'll decide to close for another day, so that's one more vacation day I won't have to take for the HM.</div>

I'm taking the day before (Friday) off and possibly a half day on Thursday.  FI is working a full day Thursday so we can't leave for the wedding (in CT, we're in MA) until Thursday night anyway.

I have 6 days off before the wedding, but we are going to Maui so I need to get a bit more stuff organized once we get there!!

I have Wednesday - Friday off but have to work Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (12 hour nights).  I only get 3 PTO days off for the wedding because of how our summer vacation policy works and have to make it stretch two weeks.  Hopefully there won't be many babies born that week and I can get Tuesday night off too!

I voted "more than 2 days" because I'm a teacher and I'll be on break.  I get out of school May 24th so I'll have a bit over a month before the wedding (30th bride here).  Then, we don't go back to school until August 13th so I have about 6 weeks off after.  I planned it to be plop in the middle on purpose! Haha.

I live in St Louis and our wedding is in Boston, so Im actually going the saturday before the wedding. Im taking 3 weeks off total, 1 week before and 2 after for the honeymoon!

I'm getting married on Sunday and I plan to take a half day on Friday. I have off the Monday before the wedding for Memorial day. I hope to use that day to pack up everything for the wedding, but I have a feeling we will be using that day to finish moving out of our apartment. We will get back from the cruise the following Sunday and I plan on taking off the next day to recoop, unpack and run errands.

I'm actually ending a job right before the wedding (my original out date was June 15, but seeing as I'm getting married June 8...not happening). June 1st will be my last day, because we have to go to PA Monday or Tuesday the week of the wedding to get our marriage license. 

Then we have a three week honeymoon and are back in NYC right before July 4th, so I'm sure I will start my next job July 8 or 9, unless someone wants me to start on July 5th.

I've got 180+ hours of vacation and personal time so I plan to take June 1 through June 16th off.

For us, it's not all wedding stuff; our international guests are arriving between May 26th and June 5th - I really want to spend some time with them since they took the time (and money) to come see us.

I'm just feeling lucky that week since we have May 28th off as well for Memorial Day, then work Tues, Wednes, Thurs and off again Fri.

I'm taking 5 weeks off.  Next week is my last week of classes, and my last paper is due May 8 at the latest.  Then the wedding isn't until June 15.

I'm taking just the Friday before the wedding off, and then the next week off for the honeymoon. I may end up working a half day or taking Thursday off, but as of right now I think I'll be okay just taking Friday off. My BMs are going to help me assemble all my centerpieces the week of after work (we all have similar schedules, and FI goes to bed at 730pm for work, so he won't be in the way lol).

I'm taking 3 1/2 days. The half will be used to fly down there. We need at least the one day for the rehearsal. I also have my final fitting and would like to tie up lose ends with the florist and things. I think planning an OOT wedding is the reason I need the extra time. I may not be taking it if I lived in CA.

Since I work at a bar my schedule is a little different.  I am taking off the weekend before for my bachelorette (even though we will be at my work to go to the spa...it's a resort).  Then I may need to take of Monday the 25th or work the day shift (which is fine because it's my b-day, typically a slow day, and we have to drop off all our stuff at the venue).  Then I will take Thursday-Sunday off (6/23-7/1).  I will come back and work for about a week because we aren't going on our honeymoon right away and we have our biggest night of the year for the fireworks at the bar.  We leave for the honeymoon on 7/10.
