The place where I would like to have my ceremony and reception is the church that my mom attends. Since she's the one who knows who to talk to about getting the church, I put her in charge of making the initial arrangements. Today I talked to her and apparently the Pastor, who I really like and was one of the reasons that I wanted to be married there, is leaving for another church.
So we haven't even booked the place yet and I'm already getting headaches. I still really love the church. I guess that all I can do is hope that their new pastor (whenever they get one) is someone I like or that they'll be willing to have someone else come into their church for my wedding.
