I just typed in all our guests alphabetically.... Posted by Ash61612[/QUOTE]
I did this as well..... I have one tab with just names and number of guests per household (so I know how many invitations I need). Then I have a tab with full names and addresses, and still have the number of adults and kids next to it so I can sum it and make sure it matches tab 1 so I am not missing anyone!

I made mine in google docs so I can access it from any computer.
I have one sheet that's a main list of all our guests with their full names, how many are attending, their address, as well as their guests full name.
I then have separate sheets for who my mom invited, who my dad invited, who FI's parents invited, and who we invited as a couple.
Eventually I'm going to input everyone's names into the wedding wire guest list manager (who our website is through) so we can manage RSVPs as well as gifts/thank you cards.
It was a template I made, I'd love to share it, however I have over 200 address' in it I did three worksheets though, FI family, Mine and Our friends / our bosses, and than organized into columns alphabetically - with address' / phone numbers, how many adults / children for that household and other columns for if they are attending, another for gift received and if the TY card has been sent.. sorry this is not more help!

Ours is in a Google Doc as well - it's a shared doc so we can each edit it whenever we need to (and on our phones) which has been incredibly easy and useful. The columns I have are last name, first name, address, number invited, number of kids, save the date sent, invitation sent, RSVP yes, rehearsal dinner, and thank you sent.
284 Invited so far! 173 Are ready to party! 94 Will be missing out! 17 Are MIA!
I'm doing one. Mine has a list going from left to right of names, total # invited, STD sent, shower invite sent (where applicable otherwise an x is there), invite sent, shower thank you sent (where applicable otherwise x), RSVP Y or N with #, thank you sent, address.
Last name First name +1's Last name +1's first name # of people invited under that guest (+1's, children) --this is totaled at the bottom Address City State Zip Code
Then I have many different tabs with all of the above with an extra column for each reason: STD's sent Shower invitations sent Shower gift and another column for TY sent # of people attending and 4 columns for each meal choice (totaled at the bottom) Wedding gift and another column for TY sent
