I set up mine just on the knot. In the search I just looked for count down ticker. The instructions are pretty easy from there

how do i setup a bio?

You just pretty much build up a web page. You can click on ours for inspiration. I used Weebly to build mine, but there is usually a tag on the bottom of each bio that list the web host. I found weebly to be pretty easy, but I am sure some of the other girls have other recommendations. There are instructions to put in your siggy in Seattle Bio.
