RSVP card question

I finally received a mock-up of our invite/ card and I really love the design. I just have a few questions for reassurance:

1) I am not doing pocketfold invites but I do have a rsvp card and reception card. Is there a certain way to put them in the envelope or do you just insert them any way?

2) Right now the RSVP card wording is:
_____ accept with pleasure
______ declines with regret

Does that wording indicate I need an actual # amount of people in the blanks and not just a check mark? I like the idea of saying ___ of ___ will attend, but that is so much more extra work to fill in each card for the number of invited attendees.

3) For non-pocketfold brides, what size is your actual invitation. I orginally thougth the invite was 5x7 and just found out it is actually 4x5 which seems a little small.

Sorry so long. Thanks for your help!

For your RSVP you can play with the wording a little. You can do

Two seats have been reserved in your honor. For my first round of invites I had two different types of RSVP's one for family and one for ppl only allowed a plus one

    M
    M

    Accept with pleasure
    Decline with regret

    and

    Please respond by March 10th
    M

    Accept with pleasure
    Decline with regret
    Total number attending

Since you have someone creating them you, you can get creative with the wording. just give your designer some ideas of what your looking for.

As for the invites I've seen all different sizes. I had a Michael's DIY kit that had 4X6 invites. The invites I have now are 5x7 though so I don't have to pay extra postage on the odd size.
