Re: Monday Accountability

  • WO:Toda I begin Week 4 of my Shred Diet. I am down 10lbs and 3 inches. I'm super excited, but I am really starting to crave the bad stuff (anything fried, white, or sweet). Still I keep reminding myself of the progress I've made to keep myself from slipping back into my old ways. I'm working out more consistently and my endurance level is increasing.

WR:Went on an "adventure: (it really was an adventure, 45 minute drive!) this weekend to look for table linens and I really do think that Pinterest set me up for failure. I went to the vendor with all these fantastic visions of beautiful linens and when I got there, the options that I was presented left much to be desired. Is it too much to ask to NOT have the same pintuck tablecloths that every other bride has had at her wedding. GEEZE! Anyways, I halfheartedly decided on these pink pintuck ones that I don't completely love before I left. Question: Do I HAVE to love my table linens?? I mean I AM paying for them. Anyways, I also got the samples I ordered from Wedding Paper Divas in the mail and I was able to narrow it down to two that I really liked. Going to let the peanut gallery take a look to give me their ideas.

  • Hi Ladies
WO- I have been doing Zumba and joined WW. I am getting the hang of keeping track of my food intake. I need to do more exercising. I will try and do better.

WR- We have narrowed down our reception venue. I will be placing my deposit on tomorrow. I fired my coordinator and my MOH and I are going to wing it on our own. I found my female bridal party dresses. And found the design for our SAVE the DATES. WE are scheduled to take engagement pictures this weekend if it does not snow to bad.

Thanks :) The Shred is a new diet by Dr. Ian Smith from "The Biggest Loser". It lasts for 6 weeks and it is a very specific diet plan. The greatest thing about it is that you don't have to spend a lot of money on "special" diet food. Most of it is just healthy food that you probably already have in your kitchen.

</div><div>Hey lady! Great WO story! Keep up the good work!</div><div>
</div><div>No, I do not think you need to love your table linens. If you are worried about them, tho, I would think you care about them a lot and maybe you should rent some nice one. I would suggest maybe doing a nice table linens for the WP/sweetheart table, cake table...etc. This way, you have the special table covered for less than paying for all tables to be covered.

  • WO: I went to the gym last night and have been WOing  in the mornings. Trying to get back to running 3-4 miles every session MF. I really cleaned out my fridge and getting more veggies and fruits in my system. Drinking more green tea.

WR: For the candy bar and center piece decor: cleaning the glasses, putting ribbon and monograms on them. Started to buy candy for the bar. I started on the monogram water bottles for OOT bags. Dismissed 1st baker. Talked with MOH about bridal shower.
