I feel you fancy...i cant keep up with a routine. In thinking about asking my doctor for an appitite suppressent cause ive only lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks and thats it..i need a boost ! I dont have tine for the gym amd working out at home is hard to do. Please help me lord ! Lol
Thanks ladies. I really need to get on the ball and add some more variety into my workouts. My main problem is time. We used to have a gym next to my office building and then they closed. That was great because I would just walk over there at lunch and workout. Now I either have to workout in the morning (too sleepy!) or when i get off work. I don't get off work until 6 and by the time I get home, it's after 7 and I'm starving! Then of course, I don't want to work out after I eat and I don't want to eat late so... I just need to get it in some kind of way.
