WTF!!!!

so, i cant make what the EEO of the freakin company says i should be making because its not fair the the QA Dept???!?!?!? i mean come on, i was the first person to even start the dept 3 1/2 yrs ago and now you are telling me that everyone has to go back to hourly and there is no overtime either??!?! we just have to work and deal with the crappy system? and then i am having to change my hours after all this time from 6-2 to 8:30-5:30?
