There is a place in Savannah, River Street Sweets, that makes AMAZING bear claws. Thinking about them makes my mouth water. We were thinking of ordering these as favors for our guest...but we don't want to pay! FI suggested we try to make them on our own...sounds crazy, but it's really pecans, chocolate and caramel. We may do a trial run one weekend to see if it's possible. Does anyone have a recipe?
