Wreeish I could help... but I pretty much told my florist some flowers and how tall I wanted them and... I'll see them the day of. lol

But it will have some of these in it:

    {This was my one suggestion.}

And my real inspiration was this centerpiece:

So... we'll see what she comes up with!

OH, the price of the centerpieces I showed, she said would be $40. But the ones she's doing... I got a great rate for my whole package, I'll say.

This center piece were thinking for the main table , along with some candles. of course throw some color up in those flowers.

The rest of the tables! the flowers will be white not pink.
I haven't decided if im doing real flowers yet. I think this would be a good Diy with my MOH!!

That's pretty and different! And I love that price! Is it bad that I want something like that for $10/table? Does that exist???

I like these too... I was looking to do something like this but the florist told me for real flowers it would cost $90/table... I can't afford that with 20 tables.

Tried to upload the pic a few times, but computer is acting up right now. So I'll try to draw a visual.

I'm having white roses w/ no greenery in a tall vase similar to the one in cherryblossom's pic above. Since I'm having 15 tables, 8 will having floral centerpieces w/ 4 tealight candles surrounding them & the other 7 will have floating candles with aqua blue stones in the water. I'm also having the water in the floral centerpieces lit up in aqua blue.

I'm not sure how much it is per table, but my florist is charging me $800 for everything, including all bouquets & corsages. However.....she's a hookup through my mom.

These are $300 a piece and going on 4 tables

and these are $20 a piece (I bought everything for half off at michaels and hobby lobby) and these are going on the other tables

i feel like these are missing something though. maybe petals on the table but it seems as if something needs to be in the water or something....

Here's a picture that I found on a girl's blog and I told my florist that this is what I wanted.  I'm having tall and short centerpieces.  It's going to cost $50 for the tall and $35 for the short.  I'll have a little greenery in the centerpieces to bring the cost down.

I don't really care about flowers so I kinda neglected to create a budget for this area. I just want to keep it as low as possible but still nice...

That's nice too! I think maybe I will go with fake flowers too... I just really don't care that much about them nor do I want to spend a bunch of money on them... IDK...

i used a combo of my flowers ( yellow & white rose with white hydrangea and greenery) in vases.  we tied the vases with raffia.  we added lemon and lime slices to the water.  mine was DIY so the cost was pretty low.

  • edited December 2011
Here is mine. Nothing fancy! They are going for about $35.00 a table.

<div>The Venue is suppling the Vases, and I purchased everything else at half off..when on sale.  I think I will spend about $5 total on each center piece.  I am also doing table runners that I got sale... Those were $2.. so total is about $7 for each center piece.  I am doing real flowers for the bouquet, corsages, and boutonniere. A friend at work is going them for me,., so the price will be very reasonable... YEAH for talented friends.</div>
