airbrush or not

Hey ladies, I need your help. Im not a makeup kinda girl so I am clueless in this area. I have been looking for a makeup artist and I see alot of them are doing airbrush and it can get pretty expensive. I don't mind paying the extre for my wedding day but I guess I wanna know is it worth it. Does anyone have any suggestions? What kind of makeup are you wearing?

My plans are to do airbrush. I choose airbrush because I heard that it does come off as quickly as traditional make-up. This will be great when the tears start flowing.  I also heard that it gives you a more even look. I am doing a trial run to see if airbrush is for me. If not, my MUA does traditional as well.

I'm not sure.. I think i'm doing regular makeup.. I already gave the make up lady my deposit, but i'm not sure if it's an option.. I just saw a ton of her work and said i gotta have her.. she is also fixing me up after the ceremony before pictures... Maybe you can do a trial run.. Is that an option so you can figure out what you want??

Me and all my girls had airbrush. I wanted it just to ensure that I stayed flawless all day since I knew I was getting my makeup done in the morning and that was it, no touch ups. My girls had a choice to do airbrush or traditional and they all chose airbrush, which was totally up to them since they were paying. In all honesty, I think if someone is good and use quality traditional makeup, I think you would be fine. I was still shiny and usually that's what you sort of worry about as the day goes on and that could be solved with blotting paper. If you could afford it, I say do it, just so you feel confident and yes, do a trial. Have a trial in the morning with the airbrush and keep it on all day up to the time you are going to bed and see what you think. I must say it also feels light and does not feel like you are wearing tons of makeup even though you might have lots of coverage. So that is definitely a plus!

Since we are going to be in Vegas in July.... we are definitely doing airbrush... I dont want the make-up melting off my face... lol

And it seems like most of the MUA in Vegas prefer airbrush..

I'm going to try airbrush. But, I'll know for sure after my trial run. I've heard good things about it too.
