This has definitely been my morning!
I love my caterer! She has worked up a quote for my plated meal versus the original buffet and it only went up by $1-2 per person! I am ecstatic...we were so afraid of what it would come back as. I love this woman...for real, for real. She's including the pre-reception grits station (w/ shrimp, cheese, sausage), fruit and cheese display, two entree choices (poultry or seafood), starch, side, salad, assorted bread baskets and butter at each table, clear glass dinnerware and cut glass drinkware, silverware, servers, cake-cutting, and a custom non-alcoholic beverage for less than $20 per plate. And her food is always on point...presentation is impeccable. I can hardly breathe right now...
She's also doing our rehearsal dinner for 60 people, plus linens, centerpieces, and set-up at a venue that she booked and included in the price for a grand.
