Niagara Falls Wedding Venue

I'm looking to hold my wedding in Niagara Falls. Does anyone know of any banquet halls that would overlook the falls for the reception dinner? I am aware of the Marriott, Embassy Suites and Niagara Parks Venues so far.

Any help would be much appreciated!! :)

There are 2 Sheraton hotels (Falsview, and on the Falls) that overlook the falls, the Crowne Plaza which has a beautiful foyer for photos, the new casino hotel? The Doubletree hotel has a nice ballroom and foyer as well.

    Hope that helps!

Fellow Niagara Falls bride here-  I am getting married in September on the Canada side of the Falls. Opted for a Fallsview ceremony, but decided against a falls view for the reception. Seemed that everywhere I found with a view of the falls was overpriced, poor service reputation, and/or not great food. Opted for a locally owned and operated restaurant instead because of the service quality and amazing homemade food. The place we found has a private second floor that we will have all to ourselves. I think overall it will make for a better experience for my friends and family. And besides, they will all certainly be doing some of the tourist activities at the falls in the days leading up to or after the wedding. Best of luck with your planning.

revned79: What is the restaurant you are using for your reception, if you don't mind my asking? I'm from the Falls and we're almost certain we're going to have our reception at a banquet hall here (not near the actual Falls, but further into the city), but we're still having a final peek around at restaurants and other venues for our cocktail style reception.

writetosfa: Are you set on a falls view reception? Because I've heard some of the bed and breakfasts offer lovely river view options as an alternative. That could be nice too!

Oh also, I've been to a Crowne Plaza wedding and it was quite nice!
