Kansas- it's baaacack :)

I haven’t posted a title like that in for-ev-er.    Dad just left to get the moving van, we’re packing it veeeeery full today, hooking my car to the back and then heading out early in the morning.    Dad’s driving the van and mom and I are driving my brother’s tiny little Hyundai Accent. 

We’ll hopefully make it to St. Louis-ish tomorrow and only have about 6 hours to drive on Thursday.  I’m sooooooo excited to see FI!!!!!  I haven’t seen him since he surprised me for my birthday last month, and the last time I had seen him before that was in January, the week before he left for Kansas.    

Pray for safe travels, sanity on the trip (and moving stuff into the apartment), and on the trip back, mom, dad and I will all be in the little tiny car (I keep reminding myself that 40 mpg beats the comfy{er} minivan).  We’re spending a few days out there and heading home on Monday.  FI will be in for the wedding on Thursday, June 9th, so just a few more weeks apart.

Yep.  AND I'm moving halfway across the country, AND we're trying to track down 64 missing response cards, AND my cousin/MOH who was supposed to be in town around June 1st to just help with everything found out that she can't come until the day before the wedding.

Anybody have a spare Fairy Godmother? (I know Leah's looking for one, too)  :)

Congrats and have a safe trip! You're getting so close and it may seem super stressful to have all this on your plate at once, but in 25 days you'll be married and will get settled in to your new home with your husband!

We almost had the same life changes all at once.. we got married last June and then I got the job down here in Florida and we moved 2 months after the wedding. One big life event after the other. (We're originally from Connecticut) And we just bought a house... so whenever I tell my mom how stressed I am she reminds me of all the big life events that have taken place in less than a year. She jokes that if we were to get pregnant we'd be doing all of the major life events at once!

Marysville...it's a tiny town about 2 1/2 hours NW of Kansas City, about an hour south of Lincoln, NE.

Thanks for allllll of the prayers, ladies!  We're really excited to just start getting on with life, now. :)
