Couple married for 86 years

I am always astounded at how long some people have been married for!

This couple has been married for 86 years. (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-16441633). Adorable couple, aren't they??

I also read an article about a couple who was also married for a very long time and they shared their tips, but I can't seem to find the article. I read it over a year ago.

One of them is 106 years old! That's amazing! The best part about this is that they've both lived for so long but have never had to deal with the loss of losing a partner that usually comes wth aging. Great story!

Aww thats sweet. There was just a story in my local paper about a couple who had been together for a really long time. They died a day apart. They both needed hospice and their hospital beds were next to each other so they could hold hands.

Amazing, that's a whole lifetime! My grandparents hit their 50th two new year's eve's ago. And they are still just as in love as they were in college! Makes me even more happy and excited to share my life with FI.

There's another couple in the Uk who's been married for 85 years as well and I remeber hearing about them last year.

Yes! Their names were Herbert and Zelmyra Fisher and they answered relationship advice via Twitter on Valentine's day. Were they the one you heard about? So there are a lot of couples who have been married for at least 85 years then! How impressive :)
