Katie the wedding coordinator was very helpful! She offered recommendations for musicians, and suggestions regarding altar and pew decorations. Our officiant was from another parish, Father Hayatsu of St. Francis in Burien. He was my priest at the school I attended in Renton.
Columbia Winery: A+++
http://www.columbiawinery.com/When I first started my wedding planning, my caterer was already figured out. (Last year, Columbia Winery had one catering option). However, when that changed, I had to select a caterer from three options. I spoke with all three companies, and personally met with two. Michael and Kari Toni went above and beyond all my expectations, and that was just the tasting! My husband, myself, and my parents visited their kitchen was blown away by their food. Kari knew we had already received a contract with the first caterer, and made accommodations to meet the first price point. Kari and I emailed back and forth, and in those correspondences I knew Kari was going to make sure everything was perfect. However, in the beginning, it would take a few days until I heard back from Kari. But closer to the day of the wedding she was available at all times and quick with responses. On our wedding day, Michael and his team of chefs cooked the food on in the kitchen at Columbia Winery, so everything was fresh and amazing. Our guests raved! Especially, about the Coconut Prawns. Kari worked the front of the house, to make sure tables, décor and flow of event was going to plan. She also made sure my husband I had warm food, and everything else we needed. I don’t think either of us actually went to the bar to get beer, wine, soda or water! Kari and our wedding planner were on top of it!
Bobbi Roth Wedding: A+++
Bobbi Roth http://www.bobbirothweddings.com/ I was planning my wedding from the East Coast, but wanted assistance on for the day of the wedding. I came across Bobbi on a wedding website, along with others. I talked to three different potential day-of-coordinators, and after talking with Bobbi, I knew I like her. She asked a ton of questions, to not only get an idea about my vision for the wedding, but to learn about my husband and me. That was very refreshing. I emailed with Bobbi about questions related to etiquette, planning, and vendor recommendations. On the day of our wedding, Bobbi kept the events of the day going smooth. That was one thing my mom, husband, nor I had to worry about. We were able to enjoy every moment of the day. Bobbi set up the reception site exactly the way I had envisioned it. She worked closely with the caterers and DJ to ensure the time line was doable. Even if there was an issue, (which there wasn’t!) I wouldn’t have known about it, because of how well she managed the day. Couldn’t have done it without her!

www.jennygg.com Jenny Goldberg-George All I have to say is: AMAZING!! Jenny GG is hands down amazing. I was provided her name by my day of coordinator, Bobbi Roth, and immediately adored her work. I was planning my wedding from the East Coast so I relied on wedding websites and personal referrals. I called Jenny and had a great conversation! She was funny, down to earth and knew her art! I scoured through her blog and was so eager for her to capture our big day!! My husband and I did engagement photos, and felt completely at ease with Jenny and her assistant Jen Wade. Our families couldn’t get over how great the photos turned out. And I knew the wedding ones would be no less amazing! On our wedding day, Jenny and Jen were everywhere! Taking photos of décor, flowers, our smiling and dancing guests, and other snapshots of happiness! We have so many memories of the entire day, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to pick favorites, because they are ALL so good. All of our guests knew Jenny by name and loved her; “Jenny is awesome! I love Jenny! Jenny totally rocked” At the end of the night, Jenny came with us to check into our hotel!! My husband wanted pictures taken outside the Willows Lodge, and Jenny did just that! We ordered three cakes with Kelli, and were so happy with all of them. My husband loved his groom’s cakes, Father in Law was wowed by his birthday cake, and our wedding cake was exactly what I wanted. Kelli and I did all over correspondence over email, and she was able to put all my ideas together. Husband wanted lemon cake, and the one that Kelli made was just what he wanted. And Kelli’s prices were unbelievable!! Kelli came highly recommended from my wedding planner, Bobbi Roth, and photographer, Jenny GG. Off White Hair and Beauty A+++http://www.anoffwhiteseattle.com/ Megan BinghamMegan has an art for making anyone look fabulous! I was shocked at how pretty I looked on my wedding day. She did my make up to look natural but also wedding day beautiful! After the hair and make-up trial, I switched the hair style I wanted. I gave Megan the picture on the day of my wedding, and she nailed it!! Megan came with her two assistants, and in four hours they did 7 wedding hair and 4 make-ups. Everyone looked so beautiful!
Garden of Eden Bouquets: A+++

I found an image of my dream bouquet and sent that to her. LeAnn worked with my color palate and created flowers that I adored. I’m not a big flower person, but when I saw my bouquet for the first time I nearly cried. It was everything I had imagined… and more! Her prices are extremely reasonable too, which was a major bonus. We were absolutely thrilled to book Adam's DJ Service for our wedding. I spoke with Adam on the phone prior to a face-to-face meeting and already I knew I wanted to book him! Travis, (Adam's right-hand man) was wonderful. I met with him a week before the wedding with a mock reception time line and a list of all the songs we and our guest requested. Travis was able to locate some less popular songs to make sure the flow of music met our needs! During the entire event Travis and our wedding planner worked closely together. I had the best time that night, and LOVED our music. Travis used his creativity and added songs to fit our style. Looking at pictures, everyone is smiling and having a great time!! I purchased my dress in Florida, and had my first alteration done there. I foolishly fell in love with a dress that was way too big for me. After trying on other similar styles, I couldn’t see myself in anything else. So I had the dress taken in from a 16 to a 6. The first seamstress did the alteration work, and did a half-fast job at that. Back in Washington state, My grandmother gave me Debie’s name, so I took her my dress. She looked at me in it and was able to pinpoint the work the first seamstress did. Debie took the dress for adequate to amazing! She did such an amazing job!! Boo! I had called and scheduled a limo with one month before our wedding. I had a confirmation number, and they took my CC information. I thought everything would be great, but on the day of the wedding I had gut feeling they weren’t going to show. 15 minutes before they were scheduled to take WP, mothers and myself to the church I called their office, and they had NO record my appointment! I was livid! We ended up calling another company (see below). I checked my credit card statement, and luckily there were no fraudulent charges. But I feel I still need to keep an eye on it. This place gets a major thumbs down

Due to the mishap with the original limo company, we ended up booking Blackstone. One of my bridesmaids called and scheduled the limo to meet us at the church after the ceremony, then take us to Columbia Winery, stopping at a few spots along the way for photos. For such notice, this company was great! I called the company to thank them for their last minute help. The guy on the phone remembered us!!
