Couple that likes our house is dragging ass so we went ahead and made our contingent offer to the builder. his agent said she's just about positive that he will accept. The offer is 3K lower than ask price, which isn't much BUT builder will pay almost 100% of the closing costs for us.
Couples agent is stressing to them that they need to make a move if their incentive is the tax credit. Hopefully they will. Either way, if builder accepts our offer it will slow down showings and lower the chance that someone puts in a better offer.
